Model 3600X- Roku Stick. apps crashing are Hulu, Disney +, Movies Anywhere , Vudu, YouTube . I have tried what you suggested also. I have done a complete factory reset. Apps shut down every 3 minutes. Only app that still works correctly is Netflix I had several apps on my TCL Roku TV that weren’t loading and had poor playback issues. I didn’t think it would work but I did the very first step you suggested, unplugging the TV. I waited 5 minutes and then plugged it back in and all problems were solved. I was shocked that something that simple would fix it!
